Booking Online

Browse the What's On section and click on the show you wish to book for, then click on the 'Buy Tickets' button at the top left of the show's page. We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro (Switch) for online bookings. If you are a Mayflower Member you will need to sign in to your account first in order to access your discount.

To buy a Membership, visit the Membership page and click on the ‘Buy Membership’ button. To renew a Membership, sign in and follow the link from Your Account page.

To book a table for Ovation online, visit the ‘Dine at Ovation’ page under ‘Dine and Entertain’ and click ‘Book Now’ on the left hand side. If you are also booking tickets for a show, you can add these to your basket first and add an Ovation booking at the Checkout stage. If you wish to book a table for 10+ people, please call us on 02380 711833 as this cannot be done online.

Your Account

If you have any problems with your account, please email tickets@mayflower.org.uk to ask for help, stating the email address you used to sign up and your name and postcode.

Collection

If you book within one week of the performance, you will need to pick your tickets up from the Mayflower box office - click here for opening times. If you are attending a Sunday performance and need to pick up the tickets on the day, the box office is open from an hour before the start of the performance, for this purpose.

Groups

The online booking service is not available for purchases of more than 20 tickets. Group bookers are entitled to a lower booking fee when booking by phone, and also are often eligible for special discounts which are also not available online. To take advantage of these benefits, group bookers should telephone 02380 711812. See the Groups page for more information.

Single Seats

As a general rule we do not allow single seats to be left unoccupied when you are booking online. It is hard for us to fill lots of single seats, as most bookings are made for two or more people; and so our website will not let you leave an empty seat between booked seats or at the end of a row. If you receive this warning, please look elsewhere in the auditorium for your seats, or if you want those specific seats, call the box office and they may let you book them over the phone, at their discretion.
