Booking Online
Browse the What's On section and click on the show you wish to book for, then click on the 'Buy Tickets' button at the top left of the show's page. We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro (Switch) for online bookings.
Memberships can be bought or renewed through the 'Buy Membership' button on the Member's Club page.
Your Account
If you have any problems with your Ticketsouth account, please email tickets@mayflower.org.uk to ask for help, stating the email address you used to sign up and your name and postcode.
Collection
If you book within two weeks of the performance, you will need to pick your tickets up from the Mayflower box office - see below for opening times. If you are attending a Sunday performance and need to pick up the tickets on the day, the box office is open from an hour before the start of the performance, for this purpose.
Groups
The online booking service is not available for purchases of more than 9 tickets. Group bookers are often entitled to special discounts and should telephone 02380 711812. See the Groups page for more information.
Single Seats
As a general rule we do not allow single seats to be left unoccupied when you are booking online. It is hard for us to fill lots of single seats, as most bookings are made for two or more people; and so our website will not let you leave an empty seat between booked seats or at the end of a row. If you receive this warning, please look elsewhere in the auditorium for your seats, or if you want those specific seats, call the box office and they may let you book them over the phone, at their discretion.

For online booking to work properly, you need to have JavaScript enabled in your internet browser. If you are still having problems, please email tickets@mayflower.org.uk.
Unlike our old booking system, you do not need to have Java installed on your computer to be able to use the interactive seating plan.
