Discounts for Disabled people and Companions

If you receive a disability allowance or incapacity benefit, you may purchase a ticket at the concession discount, if available. Please note there may be some performances when there are no concessions available, eg. reduced price matinees, weekends and one nighters.

If you need somebody to be present to assist you, you can join our Assisted Access Scheme and be entitled to a half price essential companion's seat. This scheme is only open to those who genuinely require assistance visiting the theatre, and we will not tolerate abuse of the scheme.

We regret that at present wheelchair spaces and discounted companion seats cannot be purchased online. Please contact Box Office Sales by phone on 02380 711811 or in person to discuss your requirements. No booking fee applies to wheelchair space bookings.
