Ballet is a wonderful way to improve posture, muscle tone and get fit, whilst enjoying the feeling of moving to beautiful music. English National Ballet welcomes dancers familiar with the art form to take part in this hugely enjoyable on-stage ballet class. Starting with a warm up and barre work, the class progresses to include inventive centre exercises to develop your existing ballet technique. These sessions are led by an English National Ballet Dance Artist and accompanied by live music.

Refreshments will not be provided. Please ensure you bring adequate drinks you may require.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.

No guests will be allowed to stay and watch the class.
