Disappointing. With the exception of Sandra Duncan whose voice came over clearly, the rest of the cast were inaudible at several times beyond Row F. Bizarre set - very distracting for a play that needed only a Victorian drawing room.

We thoroughly enjoyed An Inspector Calls, brought back memories of studying it at school. The acting was first class (except for a few missed cues by the actress playing the mother). My only complaint is that the actors did not seem to be amplified - I was sitting in row C and still could not hear them some of the time! (Especially when they were facing away from the audience, which bizarrely they appeared to do regularly).
I was also confused by the zombies, which I'm sure didn't appear in the original script.

I am a sixteen year old girl who loves the theatre and I have to say that this was the best play I have ever seen, it was so good that as soon as i got home I booked another ticket for the show. The only downside was that the first show I went to was an earlier show which is when the school children are there and they kept throwing paper at mine and my friends heads, so I would advise people to see the later shows but despite that it was a wonderful show.

My friend and I throughly enjoyed the production of An Inspector Calls, although we did have to strain to hear what was said at times, and we were quite near the front. The acting was superb and the moment when the house collapsed was totally unexpected and exciting. I also was a little puzzled by the 'ghosts' running around, but all in all it was a most entertaining evening.

I really did not enjoy this... I couldn't hear what they were saying and it bored me!
