Booking Fees

In addition to the increasing cost of running a theatre, we are launching a new fundraising campaign for a major development of a new 'get in' and scene dock facility with offices at a cost of over £2.7 million. The theatre is a charitable trust and does not receive any funding or subsidies from outside bodies. With this in mind, we have recently increased the online booking fee from 3% to 4% to cover some of the cost of the improvements. More information...

There is a 7% booking fee for all bookings (phone, post, fax etc) with the following exceptions:

There is a 4% booking fee for online bookings through this website.
There is a 3% booking fee for group bookings (10+) through our groups line, 02380 711812.
No booking fee applies to counter sales at the Mayflower box office, WestQuay outlet, and agencies.
(Any ticket purchased across the counter for a seat that has been reserved earlier by phone will still incur a booking fee of 7%)
No booking fee applies to school bookings.
No booking fee applies to wheelchair spaces.
No booking fee applies to Theatre Club members during the Priority booking period.

Postage

Tickets purchased by phone, post, fax or online are sent by second class post. This service is free - there is no extra postage cost added to your booking.

If the performance is within fourteen days, tickets will be held for collection at the Mayflower Box Office. You may collect these just before the performance, but leave plenty of time as there is often a queue.
