Mayflower Theatre Club - Terms and Conditions

Executive membership discounts are available on the top two ticket prices for Stalls and Circle seats at all performances going on sale from January 2012 onwards, except one night performances, unless otherwise stated.
Executive membership entitles the member to purchase one discounted ticket per membership per performance e.g. single membership = 1 discounted ticket per performance, joint membership = 2 discounted tickets per performance.
A member's discounts can only be applied to shows promoted at The Mayflower Theatre and cannot be used for shows being sold through the Ticket South agency (unless otherwise stated).
A member's discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts and concessions or be applied to tickets already purchased.
The reduced booking fee applies to the priority booking period only, details of which will be given to the member, not more than two weeks prior to the commencement of the priority booking period.
Tickets, discounts and other special offers are all subject to availability.
Discounts apply to a member's ticket only and members will be eligible to purchase only one discounted ticket per membership per performance.
Joint Club membership is for two adults living at the same address (one mailing per household).
Club membership cards and associated details are not transferable and can only be used by the named cardholder(s) to book tickets or receive retail discounts.
Joint membership cards are issued per member and will each display a single name, both of whom will be able to make bookings and receive discounts through the membership scheme.
Ticket discounts cannot be claimed when booking tickets via other ticket agencies.
Discounts cannot be claimed at the ice cream kiosks in the auditorium.
Bar discounts can only be applied to the named card holder(s).
Discounts cannot be claimed against licensed show merchandise such as T-Shirts and CDs.
Only show programmes designed and produced by The Mayflower Theatre are available free as part of the membership benefits. These programmes are identified by The Mayflower Theatre logo on the front cover.
Free programmes can only be claimed by either Single or Joint members. A voucher, or vouchers, will be issued with your tickets which can be redeemed against the programme for that show or a show of your choice if Mayflower Theatre programmes are not available for that show.
Members' names and contact details will be stored on a database so that we can send you information and offers relating to The Mayflower Theatre which may include additional fundraising activities.
The Mayflower Theatre shall store and process your personal data in accordance with any applicable Data Protection legislation.
Members have the right to elect whether or not to receive further information regarding performances at, or activities organised by, The Mayflower Theatre. If you should change your mind at any time during your membership, please notify us by writing to The Box Office, The Mayflower Theatre, Empire Lane, Southampton, SO15 1AP.
The Mayflower Theatre reserves the right to reject an application for membership or to terminate a membership at any time due to reason of misconduct or unacceptable behaviour by a member while on The Mayflower Theatre's premises. In the event that The Mayflower Theatre terminates a membership in accordance with this clause, no refund will be given to that member for the cost of his membership for any remaining period of his membership.
Once a membership has been purchased then the member is entitled to book tickets at the discounted rate for a period of not more than 12 months from the membership purchase date (unless otherwise stated). Your membership card will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 28 days for card processing.
Members will be informed by either email or post of show details, tickets going on sale, ticket prices and the duration of the priority booking period as and when shows are announced.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in connection with your membership.
The Mayflower will honour a ticket refund to members up to seven days prior to the performance, on any tickets booked by the member from 9 January 2012. This refund will not include the booking fee.
The 10% discount in Ovation Restaurant available to Executive Members is restricted to tables of up to four persons.
The Mayflower reserves the right to make alterations to this Membership scheme without prior notice.
