The Mayflower Theatre Gets the Gold Standard
The Mayflower Theatre has achieved an industry first by obtaining the Gold standard for Investors in People. The Theatre is the only organisation in the Performing Arts sector in the UK who have achieved the standard.
This puts The Mayflower Theatre in the top 5% of businesses for people management and development practice. There are only 9 other organisations in Hampshire who have achieved Gold.
To achieve Gold the Theatre needed to meet 126 evidence requirements over and above the IIP Standard 39 and the Theatre achieved 148.
