Deluxe facilities for entertaining up to 50 people standing,or 32 seated for dinner. Located at the rear of the Circle, this popular suite is steeped in history, boasting authentic 1920s wood panelling and its own well-stocked private bar.
This intimate room (max 10) with leather sofas is usually reserved for Mayflower Theatre’s own private guests, VIPs, and star performers. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the bars, it offers you a luxurious environment in which to entertain your clients, or take your family and friends for a special occasion.
Our stylish restaurant is the ideal place to entertain clients and employees as well as friends and family. Located on the top floor of the theatre, Ovation is
available for pre-show dining or for celebrating special occasions.With 80 covers, Ovation can be booked for most events and functions in advance.
Located in the auditorium we have four boxes each seating four people. Ideal for small hospitality groups.
Ideal for corporate presentations or conference events. Wow your guests in our 2208 seater auditorium with 182m 2 stage, orchestra pit and AV facilities.

Suite Hire fees
Daytime Room Hire
£125.00 for a half day meeting.
£175.00 for a full day.
Ovation will be available to hire, subject to availability for £250.00.
Our Foyer is available to hire, subject to availability - price on request.Evening Hospitality
£150.00 – the suites can be available from 5.00pm until 11.00pm for pre-show, interval and post show hire.
