Mayflower Engage have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Participation Programme Leader.

You will be coordinating, delivering and managing public tours, talks, activities and show events relating to our diverse programme in the main house. The role will compliment a strong team of passionate and dedicated team-players, working alongside other programme leaders for our Education, Community and Youth programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

  • Delivering sessions in drama, dance, singing, performing or visual arts.
  • Be able to manage their own time effectively and be confident in facilitation with a wide range of participants.

Mayflower Theatre is dedicated to making arts accessible to all, therefore facilitators with experience of working with groups from diverse backgrounds is essential.

We value candidates who have a positive energy, who are committed to delivering exceptional sessions and passionate about the arts.

Candidates must have flexibility to work varying hours and be able to travel within Southampton, Hampshire and surrounding areas. Therefore candidates with a driving license and access to their own transport is essential.

Salary - £24,810 plus benefits for a 37.5 hours per week. Some evening and weekend work will be required as part of the role.
