1.    Introduce yourself and your job title: Naomi - HR Manager

2.    Tell us about your job in 10 words: Employment contracts, staff wellbeing, communication, recruitment, absence, data, meetings, paperwork

3.    How long have you worked at Mayflower Theatre? 6.5 years

4.    What is the best part about working at Mayflower Theatre? The people who work here, the shows, the beautiful theatre, the supportive and forward thinking environment we work in.  it is literally the best place to work!

5.    Favourite show you've seen at Mayflower Theatre and why? The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time, it is just brilliant. My favourite shows are usually musicals...

6.   Best lockdown tip? Don't let your cat join a Zoom meeting -  they cause chaos! I speak from personal experience!

7.   Are you more an Actor, Singer, Dancer, Triple Threat, Musician, Techie, or none of the above? None of the above, working in the office at the theatre is the only way my name will ever get into a show programme.

8.    Favourite place in Southampton, other than Mayflower Theatre? The old town, the historic walls are very underrated and hold so many stories.

9.    Best Mayflower Engage project you've been involved in? I love helping on the summer youth projects!

10.  If you could be in any show, which show would you be in? Wicked, I have the green face paint ready and waiting!

2.    Tell us about your job in 10 words: Ensuring all future productions are on display around the theatre.

3.    How long have you worked at Mayflower Theatre? 18 months.

4.    What is the best part about working at Mayflower Theatre? The people.

5.    Favourite show you've seen at Mayflower Theatre and why? Too many to mention.

6.    Best lockdown tip? Keep Calm and Carry On.

7.    Are you more an Actor, Singer, Dancer, Triple Threat, Musician, Techie, or none of the above? Technician.

8.    Favourite place in Southampton, other than Mayflower Theatre? Dockside when there's a new ship launch. Awesome firework displays.

9.  If you could be in any show, which show would you be in? Starlight Express.

2.    Tell us about your job in 10 words? I manage a team overseeing the theatres' security

3.    How long have you worked at Mayflower Theatre? 8 years

4.    What is the best part about working at Mayflower Theatre? The variety of tasks, the people and of course the live entertainment

5.    Favourite show you've seen at Mayflower Thetare and why? The Wind in the Willows - an old favourite, a charming story that was performed tremendously.

6.    Best lockdown tip? Exercise, DIY projects and FIFA20 on PS4

7.    Are you more an Actor, Singer, Dancer, Triple Threat, Musician, Techie, or none of the above? I am an actor through and through with ability to play guitar, but deep down wish I could sing

8.    Favourite place in Southampton, other than Mayflower Theatre? Bill's restaurant

9.    Best Mayflower Engage project you've been involved in? Les Miserables - School Edition - all the young actors blew me away!

10.  If you could be in any show, which show would you be in? Les Miserables - Jean Valjean
