To carry out your transaction and to provide a good service we keep information on you, including;

Will you use my details to contact me?

If you have opted to receive information from us then we will be contacting you about Mayflower shows and offerings from our Mayflower companies. On occasion we may contact you with important information related to your booking.

In the event of you booking with us for a performance that is not at Mayflower Theatre, your information might be passed to the management of the venue where the performance is taking place or to the organisers of that performance, to complete your transaction. We will only pass your details to another venue or organiser for the purposes of marketing if you have opted in to this marketing.

If you wish to change your marketing communications preferences, please contact the Box Office, or amend your account at You can also unsubscribe at the foot of any of our emails.

What do you do with my credit card details?

We do not store credit card details on our database at all.

Will you give my data to anyone else for marketing purposes?

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

How can I see what information you are keeping on me?

You have the right to get a copy of the information that we hold about you. You can request a copy of your personal information in writing to Mayflower Theatre, Empire Lane, Southampton, SO15 1AP.

Please include your full name, address and contact telephone number and details of the specific information you require, including any relevant dates.

This service is charged at £5. A written reply will be with you within 40 days of receiving your request.
