Offers and Discounts
It is advisable to book early as special offers and discounts are strictly subject to availability and quotas, so they may be withdrawn at any time. All special offers and discounts apply to full price tickets and only one applies to each ticket. Mayflower Theatre reserves the right to introduce or withdraw prices, discounts and offers without notice. Discounts may be applied to new bookings only.
Discounts vary for each show - look under the Show Information tab on each show page to find out what is available. They are applicable to selected performances so please read the conditions on that page carefully.

Concessions
Where listed, concessions apply to:
- Students over 18 and in full time education*
- People receiving Disability Related Allowances (read more on Accessibility)
There will usually be a separately listed discount for under 18s where applicable.
* You will need to be over 18, in full time education, and have a current NUS or SUSU card to be eligible for Student Concession or Special Offers for students. You won't need to present your card while booking, as long as you have it with you when you come to the show.

Groups & Schools
Ticket discounts are available for groups of 10 or more on many shows, and will be listed in the Show Information tab of the show's listing page. Groups bookings are not available online, please call 02380 711811 or email your enquiry to groups@mayflower.org.uk.
Third Party Sites
If you are looking to book tickets with a specific offer from third party sites, we advise that you contact us to ensure it is valid and genuine. We do not allow the resale of our tickets. We are pleased to be able to offer refund protection through our partnership with Booking Protect. This allows you to apply for a full refund on your order should you be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances and tickets will be released back into general sale through our site.
