All meeting areas include a licensed bar and air-conditioning, AV equipment and architectural lighting systems.

Empire Suite

A unique suite for entertaining up to 50 people standing, or 32 seated for dinner. Located at the rear of the Circle, with its doors opening out into the auditorium, this popular suite is steeped in history, boasting authentic 1920s wood panelling and its own well-stocked private bar. This suite is ideal for hospitality or as a daytime meeting venue.

Executive Suite

This intimate room (max 10) with leather sofas is usually reserved for Mayflower Theatre’s own private guests, VIPs, and star performers. It offers you a private and luxurious environment in which to entertain your clients, or take your family and friends for a special occasion.

£125.00 for a half day meeting – 4 hours
£175.00 for a full day
The suites can be available from 8.30am until 5pm
To include complimentary use of onsite AV equipment / Wi-Fi

Our Foyer is available to hire - price on request.

Evening Room Hire (excl. Ovation)
£125.00 – for pre-show and interval
£150.00 – for pre-show, interval and post show
The suites can be available from 5pm until 11pm
