We are located on the south coast close to air, ferry and major motorway connections. We are only three minutes’ walk from Southampton Central railway station and close to ample city centre parking.

Meeting areas include a licensed bar and air-conditioning, AV equipment and a dedicated host to oversee your event.

Ovation Suite 
Our largest suite for entertaining up to 120 people* standing or 60 seated*, it is the ideal place to celebrate special occasions, entertain clients and employees as well as friends and family. Located on the top floor of the theatre, Ovation is available for private hire or as a meeting venue. 

*Ovation is currently set up for socially-distanced meetings, and therefore has a strictly limited capacity. Please email for more information. 

Empire Suite

A unique suite for entertaining up to 50 people standing, or 32 seated for dinner. Located at the rear of the Circle, with its doors opening out into the auditorium, this popular suite is steeped in history, boasting authentic 1920s wood panelling and its own well-stocked private bar. This suite is ideal for hospitality or as a daytime meeting venue.

Executive Suite

This intimate room (max 10) with leather sofas is usually reserved for Mayflower Theatre’s own private guests, VIPs, and star performers. It offers you a private and luxurious environment in which to entertain your clients, or treat your family and friends for a special occasion.

Circle Lounge
A lovely area with lots of natural light flooding in. The room is perfect to enjoy a relaxing meeting in comfortable seating with plenty of break out areas.

A large self-contained area positioned downstairs at the back of the stalls. A long bar and open space offers the perfect space to network.
