Want to find out more about UK’s top Drama Schools and training for careers in the creative arts?
This is a fantastic FREE event for KS5 students to gain insight into training opportunities with Drama Schools and Conservatories, as well as learning about auditions, self-tapes and life as a student at a top UK Drama School.
There are three different pathways to choose from at the point of booking: Acting, Musical Theatre and Dance, and Technical and Production Arts. Each pathway will enable students to take part in a practical workshop from a Drama School, a panel discussion and the opportunity to meet other Drama Schools at our Training Fair marketplace.
Last year we were thrilled to host 15 Drama Schools and Conservatoires from the Federation, and we were lucky enough to have 341 students join us from across 11 schools and colleges for an inspiring day.

Transport Subsidy Scheme
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Transport Subsidy Scheme, designed to make theatre more accessible to thousands of local school pupils and community groups. This exciting partnership with Xelabus, reflects our commitment to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to experience the magic of live theatre.
The Transport Subsidy Scheme has been created to help schools and community groups overcome the financial barriers associated with attending theatre, particularly the high costs of transportation. This initiative supports the belief that theatre is for everyone, aligning with the UK Theatre’s Theatre for Every Child campaign, which highlights the importance of theatre visits for schools.
Further Education Partnerships
We deliver programmes in partnership with Itchen College and Richard Taunton Sixth Form.
New Adventures School Workshops
Mayflower are pleased to offer your school the unique opportunity to participate in an exclusive workshop with Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures. This exciting programme provides students with the chance to engage directly with professional performers and gain valuable insights into the world of dance and theatre.
We invite you to take a look at our recent workshop with Testwood School held at Mayflower Studios where students experienced the transformative power of performing arts through hands-on activities and expert guidance.
