Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale of Tickets

Tickets advertised by us on our website www.mayflower.org.uk and in advertising (“Official Advertisements”) are sold by us, namely The Mayflower Theatre Trust (Company Number 2026445 and Registered Charity Number 294745) and Mayflower Academy Limited (company number 12809454) trading as MAST Mayflower Academy. Our registered office is at Mayflower Theatre, Empire Lane, Southampton, United Kingdom, SO15 1AP.

1. Contract
  1. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you;
  2. We will notify you over the telephone or in writing or by online confirmation if we accept your order and that acceptance will be deemed to have been effectively communicated to you when we make that communication to you (whether or not you receive such communication). Such acceptance remains subject to the condition that tickets are available for the performances selected by you until such time as tickets, or e-tickets, with the confirmed seat numbers written on them, have been issued to you;
  3. No order will be accepted until we have received payment of the whole of the price of the tickets that you order;
  4. By accepting your order we bring into existence a legally binding contract between ourselves and you;
  5. If you are ordering tickets which you have seen advertised by us on our website, by contacting us and placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions
  6. When ordering tickets on our website, the website will not prevent you from making infeasible bookings such as tickets to two different performances at the same time. If an erroneous booking is made, a refund will not be given in any circumstances, and clause 4.1.a below applies.
2. Price and Dispatch
  1. The price payable for the tickets is as set out on our website or on our official advertisements. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, please check when booking your tickets.
  2. A £1.50 restoration levy per ticket is included in the price for shows at Mayflower Theatre helping to raise funds towards preserving the heritage of our wonderful Grade II Listed venue.
  3. Tickets will normally be dispatched to the email address given by you when you place your order.
  4. Tickets may not be dispatched immediately where we are acting as an agent on behalf of a promoter and that promoter gives alternative instructions about the dispatch of tickets. However, you will be given notification of dispatch once you have ordered your tickets.
  5. Once you have received your tickets, you should check them and you must inform us of any errors within two working days, or before the performance, whichever is sooner.
  6. Tickets may be reserved by telephone or in person for three working days at the end of which time payment must be received or the reservation will be cancelled. Tickets may be subject to postal charges. Tickets may not be reserved within three days of the performance.
3. Performances
  1. The taking of photographs or the making of recordings (on any format) of the Performance is expressly forbidden (unless it is expressly permitted in writing by the promoter, the venue and the performer).
  2. If we are recording a performance or taking photographs which may include the audience then we will put up signs at the performance and will make an announcement. If you have any concerns about the photography or recording then please speak to a member of staff who will be pleased to assist. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed then it may be necessary to move you to a different seat. For more information please read our Privacy Policy at LINK HERE.
  3. Mayflower theatre and MAST Mayflower Studios, the Management of the venue at which the Performance is taking place and/or the promoter of the Performance each reserve the right to:
    1. refuse admission to you;
    2. request latecomers to await admission to the Performance until a convenient break in the Performance;
    3. refuse re-admission to those leaving during the Performance; and
    4. request that you leave the Performance;
    5. make alterations to the advertised details of the Performance (including Principals and cast members) and make alterations to the script or the content of any particular Performance at any time up to and including and during the Performance.
  4. If, at any time during the Performance it is cancelled, postponed, suspended or delayed for any reason, Mayflower Theatre and MAST Mayflower Studios reserve the right not to make any refunds nor will they be liable for any loss caused by such cancellation, postponement, suspension or delay.
  5. The right to refuse admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and/or event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion and may from time to time carry out security searches.
  6. We would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being or appearing to be under age*, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

* Performances where the age restriction applies are clearly indicated during the booking process. Please ensure that you read all the information that applies to the event/ticket that you are booking and carry proof of age if appropriate.

4. Special Circumstances
  1. In relation to tickets sold by us for performances at Mayflower Theatre and MAST Mayflower Studios whereby we are acting on our own accord and not as an agent for a third party (please check the details provided on our website or our Official Advertisements in relation to the listed promoter of the relevant performance):
    1. Where possible we will exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show at the same price of ticket subject to availability provided that you give us seven working days’ notice prior to the date of the Performance of your wish to exchange tickets. Please telephone 02380 711811 or e-mail tickets@mayflower.org.uk to arrange an exchange. Handling charges of £2.50 per ticket will be payable for exchanges. Tickets will be invalidated before the exchange of tickets take place;
    2. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation of a performance prior to the performance;
    3. We will not re-sell on your behalf any tickets sold by us;
    4. Tickets which are resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than Mayflower Theatre, MAST Mayflower Studios or one of its businesses or authorised agents will become void and the holder may be refused entry;
    5. We reserve the right to reallocate your seats from those originally purchased to the same or to a higher value;
    6. Children under two years old will not be admitted to the Performance unless it is defined on our website or our Official Advertisements as ‘under 2s welcome’ in which case a ticket will need to be booked for every child, including babes in arms. For health and safety reasons all customers must have a ticket including babes in arms which is a free ticket and these need to be booked over the phone or in person.
  2. In relation to tickets sold by us for events whereby we are acting as an agent for a third party who will be the promoter or the venue at which the event is held (‘the Third Party’) (please check details provided on our website or our Official Advertisements in relation to the listed promoter or venue of the relevant performance):
    1. The placing of an order by you, by whichever means, will constitute your consent to our passing on such details to the third party to fulfil your booking; and
    2. Your tickets will inform you on whose behalf we are acting as agent and with whom your contract is made.
    3. Such tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of that Third Party, which you are advised to check as they may vary, and, in the particular case of outdoor events, may include restrictions on barbecues, picnics, tents or umbrellas;
    4. You must contact the Third Party to obtain information and arrangements for traffic approaches, parking and for information relating to access for those ticket purchasers/ticket holders who are disabled. We make no representations or warranties that any such information provided by us in this regard is accurate, complete or up to date and we expressly exclude all liability for any such representations made by our employees or representatives in this regard;
    5. No tickets sold by us acting as agents for a Third Party can be exchanged, refunded or returned except with the express authority of the Third Party;
    6. If, prior to the commencement of the performance, the event is cancelled or postponed to a later date, we will contact you and any refunds will be made by the Third Party only, unless the Third Party makes such monies available to us; the face value of the ticket only will be refunded;
    7. Where the Performance is scheduled to take place out of doors, you should assume (unless notified otherwise) that the Performance will not be cancelled or postponed in the event of inclement weather conditions;
    8. Mayflower Theatre & MAST Mayflower Stuidos cannot be held responsible for misinformation provided by a Third Party. Complaints should be addressed to the Third Party prior to or during the Performance.
    9. Payment of refunds: In the event of a cancellation refunds will be made using the original payment method. For example, if your ticket was purchased using a debit card then we will refund the money to that same card. If we can’t refund to your original payment method then you may need to provide proof of closure of the original account and then we can refund to a different payment method. If we refund you for a payment made in gift vouchers then the refund will always be in vouchers.
    10. If an event is cancelled, we will notify you by email or phone (using the details you provided us with at the time of ordering).
    11. Where a refund is sought due to cancellation, rescheduling or a significant change to the event, the refund will equal the price paid by you including any inclusive per ticket charges but excluding the transaction or delivery fee and additional items including charitable donations and Ticket Protection.

5. Security on our website
  1. Our website uses industry standard encryption software and a stand-alone secure server to make sure the safety of orders placed on our website. No-one can access any information sent by you as long as it is sent using the secure pages. Therefore, you must only send debit/credit card details where asked for on our website and you must not send debit/credit card details by standard e-mail.
  2. Any losses incurred or sustained by customers of our website who transmit information by means of e-mail or other internet links shall be borne solely and exclusively by that customer and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us. If you are using a public computer or a computer which others may use, you must sign out of it when you have finished making purchases on our web site.
  3. We will not accept any liability for tickets or other goods and services which have been ordered through our website using your credit card by someone not authorised to do so.
6. Termination

We retain the right to terminate this contract and/or suspend or terminate our web site and the information published thereon or on our Official Advertisements immediately and without notice to you. In the event of termination the consent given by you shall continue to apply beyond the lifetime of this contract.

7. Continued use of our website or continued course of ordering tickets by other methods

We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Your continued use of or access of our website or continued ordering of tickets by any other method after such change or amendment (without your specific review of our terms and conditions listed on our website or available elsewhere) shall be deemed to confirm your acceptance of any such change or amendment. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly to determine whether any such amendment has been made. If you do not wish to be bound by any revised terms and conditions, you should stop using and accessing our website or ordering tickets by any other method.

8. Invalidity

If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

9. No Waiver

No failure or delay on the part of any of the parties to these conditions relating to the exercise of any right, power, privilege or remedy provided under these conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right, power, privilege or remedy or as a waiver of any breach by the other party to these conditions.

10. Force Majeure

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver or supply tickets or other goods or services you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any failure to commence or complete any Performance or for any damage or defect or loss arising from any tickets provided or the execution of any Performance that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

Our website and our Official Advertisements are controlled, produced and operated by Mayflower Theatre and MAST Mayflower Studios from our offices in the United Kingdom. Mayflower Theatre and MAST Mayflower Studios make no representations that the materials and information displayed on or accessible via our website are appropriate or available for use in other locations and access to them from jurisdictions where their contents are illegal is prohibited. The contract between us and you shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the terms and conditions of the use of our website set out on our website and the prices, delivery details and contact details set out on our website and on our Official Advertisements, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the tickets and any other goods or services to you by us. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by one of our directors. In particular nothing said by any sales person on behalf of us should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of the tickets, goods or services offered for sale by us. We accept no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

Mayflower Theatre has a trading arm called Mayflower Enterprises and here are the Terms and Conditions relating to this Company.

Mayflower Enterprises Limited Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions for room hire, conference and hospitality packages and show packages e.g. VIP package (“Terms and Conditions”)

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts entered into by you (“You”) and Mayflower Enterprises Limited, a company incorporated in England with company number 03193293 and having its registered office at Empire Lane, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 1AP (the “Company”) for the purchase of Room Hire, Conference and Hospitality Packages and Show Packages – (as such terms are defined below).

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you agree to the terms set out below. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any terms put forward by You, unless expressly agreed by the Company in writing.

1. Hospitality or Function Room Hire, Meetings and Conferences

This clause 1 applies to (an “Event”), namely: –

1.1 the hire of a function suite at Mayflower Theatre, Commercial Road, Southampton SO15 1GE by You to host your own event, either with or without the purchase of catering or other associated services, which is charged for on a per room basis (“Room Hire”); and

1.2 the hire or use of function rooms at the Mayflower Theatre, Commercial Road, Southampton, SO15 1GE by You to host or attend an event either with or without the purchase of catering or other services, which is charged for on a per head, per day basis (“Day Delegate Package”).

Confirming your Event

1.3 Within 7 days of an initial booking request for an Event, You must provide written or email confirmation of the booking and written confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 Upon receiving such confirmation from You, the Company will issue an invoice for a deposit payment (“Event Deposit”) including confirmation via email and any additional information relevant to the booking. Unless otherwise stated on the Company’s quotation, the Event Deposit will be as follows:

    • for Room Hire it will be the full fee for the hire of the function suite (as stated in the Company’s quotation), excluding the cost of any catering or other services to be provided in connection with the hire of the function suite; and
    • for Day Delegate Packages it will be the full payment of the rate per attendee multiplied by the estimated number of attendees as stated in the Company’s quotation.

 

1.5 You must pay the Event Deposit within 14 days of the invoice being sent. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking where the Event Deposit is not received within 14 days from the invoice being sent.

1.6 You must confirm the final number of attendees and a list of the names of all attendees no later than 7 days prior to the date of the Event. Where the final numbers of attendees are not provided within 7 days of the Event, the Company reserves the right to make such catering arrangements as it deems necessary.

1.7 If the Company is required to make catering arrangements under clause 1.6 because You have not provided final numbers in time, You shall pay for the cost of the catering arrangements made even if the catering provided is more than is ultimately required. Likewise the Company will not be responsible if it is unable to provide sufficient catering for the Event attendees where it has had to make its own arrangements under clause 1.6.

After Your Event

1.8 The Company will issue an invoice for the balance of amounts due after the Event. This will include the following:

    • For Day Delegate Packages, any amounts payable in respect of an increase in the number of attendees above the number taken into account in the Event Deposit (including any increase determined by the Company under clause 1.5);
    • for Room Hire, charges for catering or any other associated services provided in connection with the Room Hire;
    • drinks ordered at the bar by attendees at the Event which were not charged for on the date of the event; and
    • all other unpaid extra items not included in the Event Deposit.

 

1.9 The final balance is due to the Company within 30 days after the date of the Event.

1.10 In the case of Day Delegate Packages, if the actual number of attendees is less than the number taken into account in the Event Deposit, the Company shall, credit You with the excess, unless the Company is entitled to make a charge under clause 1.11 below. Such credit shall be used to reduce any balance due under clause 1.8 and any excess refunded within 30 days of the date of the Event.

1.11 All bookings for Day Delegate Packages are subject to a minimum number of attendees (as quoted at the time of booking), and the Company will charge for the minimum number of attendees even if the actual number of attendees is less than this.

Cancellation of your Event

1.12 If You wish to cancel your Event, You must do so by email or by letter in writing. Your cancellation will become effective from the day on which the Company receives it. Notice of cancellation must be sent to business@mayflower.org.uk or Events/Corporate Department, Mayflower Theatre, Empire Lane, Southampton, SO15 1AP. Upon cancellation, You shall be liable for the following cancellation charges, depending on the amount of prior notice given:

8 – 14 days prior to Event              50% of Event Deposit

Over 14 days prior to the Event    Administration Fee of £50.00

1.13 Upon receipt of your notice of cancellation of an Event, the Company will deduct any applicable cancellation charges from the Event Deposit and pay the balance to You within 30 days of receipt of the written notice of cancellation.

1.14 If You wish to change the date of the Event, You must do so by email or by letter in writing. Your request to change the date of the Event will become effective from the day on which the Company receives it. Requests to change the date of an Event must be sent to business@mayflower.org.uk or Events/Corporate Department, Mayflower Theatre, Empire Lane, Southampton, SO15 1AP. If you change the date of an Event, the cancellation charges at clause 1.12 will still apply where less than 7 days’ notice of the change is given. Any original Event Deposit which is not payable to the Company by way of a cancellation charge under clause 1.12 shall be applied to the new booking and the Company shall invoice only for any balance of deposit due under clause 1.3 in respect of the new booking.

2. Show Hospitality Packages (including VIP Packages)

2.1 This clause 2 applies to sale by the Company of the following services in various package combinations:

2.1.1 tickets for shows and entertainment events at Mayflower Theatre (“Show Tickets”); and

2.1.2 hospitality / catering in a function suite; or the food and drink element of a VIP package at Mayflower Theatre

(together, in any combination, “Show Hospitality Package(s)”).

2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with the Company for Show Hospitality Bookings and VIP package Bookings. Show Tickets are sold by the Company on behalf of The Mayflower Theatre Trust and are governed by separate terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found on the Mayflower website .

2.3 Upon a booking being agreed between You and the Company, You will be required to pay the full price of the Show Hospitality Package (comprising of separate relevant components listed at Clause 2.1) and can be paid either by credit or debit card at the point of booking.

2.3.1 If You wish to cancel a Show Hospitality Package, You must do so by email, by letter in writing or by phone. Your cancellation will become effective from the day on which the Company receives it. Notice of cancellation must be sent to business@mayflower.org.uk or Events/Corporate Department, Mayflower Theatre, Empire Lane, Southampton, SO15 1AP or by contacting the Company by phone on 02380 711833. The Show Package may be exchanged for another date of the same show, subject to availability and any relevant price increase. Where the Show Hospitality Package cannot be exchanged. You shall be liable for the following cancellation charges:

2.3.2 Show Tickets – Show tickets are sold by the Company as an agent on behalf of Mayflower Theatre Trust. Accordingly, the cancellation charges for Show Tickets are governed by the terms and conditions of Mayflower Theatre . In many cases the Show Ticket element of the Package (as calculated by the Company) is non-refundable.

2.3.3 Show Hospitality Bookings – the following charges will apply on the cancellation of the Food and Drink element of a Show Hospitality Package and/or VIP Package. Depending on the amount of notice given:

2.4 Upon receipt of your notice of cancellation of a Show Package, the Company will deduct any applicable cancellation charges from the Package Deposit and pay the balance to You within 30 days of receipt of the written notice of cancellation.

2.5 In the unforeseen event of cancellation by the Company, written notice will be given to You at the earliest opportunity. The Company will offer You the choice of rebooking the Show Package on another date of the same show, subject to availability, or a full refund of the amount paid by You for the Show Package which the Company will pay within 30 days of the date of the cancelled Show Package.

3. Conduct

3.1 You shall behave in an orderly fashion and shall ensure that attendees invited by You behave  accordingly You shall ensure that nothing shall be done by yourself, or such attendees or group members which may constitute a breach of the law or in any way cause a nuisance. Failure to do so shall entitle the Company to require the offending individual(s) to leave the venue.

3.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual to Mayflower Theatre if in the reasonable opinion of the Company admission of that individual to Mayflower Theatre might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the individual and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the show or other event, for example if the individual appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively.

4. Loss/Damage

4.1 You will be responsible for any damage to the property of Company, The Mayflower Theatre Trust, or third parties caused by You, your attendees or group members whilst on Mayflower premises.

4.2 No signs, displays, posters or other material may be fixed to the walls of the function rooms without prior authorisation from the Duty Manager

4.3 Neither the Company nor Mayflower accepts any liability for loss or damage to property suffered or incurred by You unless caused by its negligence.

4.4 If you are a business: the Company’s total liability to You arising under or in connection with any contract incorporating these Terms and Conditions (whether arising as a result of breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise) shall be limited to the total amount payable by You to the Company under the contract; and

4.5  the Company shall not be liable to You for any loss of profits or revenue, or for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by You. except in each case in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Company, or fraud.

4.6 If you are a consumer, in the event of a breach of this contract by the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach which was not reasonably foreseeable by the Company at the date of this contract, except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any act or omission on the part of the Company, or fraud.

5. Security on the Company’s website

5.1 The Company’s website uses industry standard encryption software and a stand alone secure server to ensure the safety of orders placed on the Company’s web site. No-one can access any information sent by You as long as it is sent using the secure pages. Therefore, you must only send credit card details where asked for on the Company’s website and you must not send credit card details by standard e-mail.

5.2 Any losses incurred or sustained by You as a result of transmitting information by means of e-mail or other internet links shall be borne solely and exclusively by You and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by the Company unless caused by our negligence.

5.3 The Company will not accept any liability for tickets or other goods and services which have been ordered through the Company’s website using your credit card by someone not authorised to do so.

6. Privacy

6.1 By disclosing your personal information to the Company using the Company’s web site or over the telephone or otherwise, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by the Company in the manner as set out in this clause 7.

6.2 Information about You including (but without limitation) your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card details is recorded on a computer database controlled by the Company. The information is needed to process the transaction and fulfil your order and in the case of subsequent problems or disputes.

6.3 The Company may also use the information for internal administration and analysis and the information may be used by the Company and the Company’s associated companies to contact you about events and products. The Company discloses your information (other than your credit cards details which are never disclosed to third parties by the Company) to third parties on occasion but only for the purposes of completing your transaction with the Company or, where the Company is acting as agent on behalf of a third party, to enable the transaction between you and that third party to be completed successfully. The Company does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6.4 The Company operates and are registered in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation. The data that the Company collects from you may occasionally be transferred to, and temporarily stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to enable the Company to update and maintain the Company’s ticketing system. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for one of the Company’s suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.

If you do not wish your personal information to be used for contacting you with information, please inform the Mayflower Marketing Department or check the appropriate box on the order form (if applicable).

7. Invalidity

7.1 If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which the Company excludes the Company’s liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

8. No Waiver

8.1 No failure or delay on the part of any of the parties to these conditions relating to the exercise of any right, power, privilege or remedy provided under these conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right, power, privilege or remedy or as a waiver of any breach by the other party to these conditions.

These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied except in writing. In particular nothing said by any sales person on behalf of the Company should be understood as a variation of these Terms and Conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of the tickets, goods or services offered for sale by the Company. The Company accepts no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

10. Trademark

10.1 Neither the Mayflower Theatre nor the MAST Mayflower Studios trademarks may be used by You, without permission in writing, from the Company.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 The Company may rescind its contract with You if it is prevented, hindered or delayed from performing any of its obligations under the contract by events outside of the Company’s reasonable control.

12. Governing Law of the Terms

12.1  These terms shall be governed by English law and English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in connection with your contract with the Company.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Executive Plus Membership

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Valid across both venues, but benefits may vary)

1. Executive Plus Membership discounts are available at Mayflower Theatre and MAST Mayflower Studios.  Discounts may vary and are only available on the top two price zones, where applicable.

NB: Please note that discounts will not be available on one-night performances, unless otherwise stated. 

2. Priority booking and discounts are only available on shows which run six days or more, subject to availability.

Please note that the date and time will be decided by and at the discretion of the Chief Executive.

19. A private invitation for you and a guest to join one of our venue press nights.

20. An opportunity for you and a guest to attend a backstage tour, date subject to availability.

21. You will be thanked on a special honours board on display in Mayflower Theatre for the duration of your membership.

22. Acknowledgement on our website and in our house programmes (either single name or joint) for the duration of your membership. This is at the members’ discretion and members can opt out should they wish to do so, by e-mailing patrons@mayflower.org.uk or notify us in writing to Membership Team, Mayflower Theatre, Empire Lane, Southampton SO15 1AP.

Access Membership
  1. The Access Membership scheme is open to those who genuinely require assistance when visiting the theatre, and we will not tolerate abuse of the scheme.
  2. Access Membership discounts are subject to performance date and availability.
  3. Access Membership entitles the member(s) to purchase one half price Personal Assistant ticket per performance, unless otherwise stated.
  4. The Personal Assistant must be able to assist the disabled person to access the theatre and its facilities, remaining with them to ensure their wellbeing and comfort. Anyone designated as a Personal Assistant must be able physically to assist the person they are with to leave the building in an emergency.
  5. A member’s discounts can only be applied to shows promoted at Mayflower venues.
  6. A member’s discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or concessions or be applied to tickets already purchased.
  7. Tickets, discounts and other special offers all subject to availability.
