Purchase Ledger Assistant
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our busy and friendly Mayflower Finance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger daybook, processing purchase orders, distributing invoices for review and authorisation, prepare and complete weekly payment runs, and process credit card transactions and employee expense claims.

Community Exhibition Takeover call out
Mayflower Studios are excited to once again offer our Community Exhibition Takeover project and we’re looking for artists to get involved! Our takeover projects help us to work with groups who may never have been to our venue before, pairing them with local artists to create exciting art installations that turn our building into the magical world of our two Christmas performances.
The deadline for your application is: 12 noon on Monday 25 July
If your application is successful, there will be an interview process.
