Youth Programme Leader
Lead our Mayflower youth offer. You will support in recruiting a team of high-quality freelance practitioners and support them to deliver exceptional industry training whilst ensuring there are pathways throughout the programme and into the professional industry. You will also lead our Youth Company on our Summer Youth Project, as well as act as deputy for our Christmas Youth Production.

Senior Producer (National)
The Senior Producer (National) will lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of national producing work. In line with our Programming aims, they will build and maintain co-producing partnerships to ensure both our venues play an active role in the wider cultural landscape. As a member of our Leadership Team, they will contribute to the artistic vision and strategic direction of the organisation.
