Gender Pay Gap Report 2025

This is the first year that Mayflower is required to publish a report and is based on employee data as at 5th April 2025. We will continue to report annually and review our position to ensure that we maintain a balanced gender representation that reflects the diverse communities we serve and offers equal opportunity for everyone.
