What is Convo?
Convo is a free-to-use smartphone- and tablet-based service that enables customers to talk to us through a qualified British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter.
You can use Convo to talk to our staff on the telephone or in person at both Mayflower Theatre and Mayflower Studios.
How to use Convo
1 – Download
Download the free Convo app through the Apple or Google Play store for your smartphone or tablet.

Download – Google PlayYou can also use a web browser and Convo in the Community Directory.
2 – Log in
The first time you use Convo you will need to register for free. This will keep your account secure and allow us to call you back if needed.

3 – Call us
Look for us under the Community Directory and tap ‘call’.
You can use Convo to talk to our Mayflower team for free when telephone lines are open, and when our venues are open.
