Carer’s Choir offers weekly singing sessions, developing confidence, resilience, as well as health and wellbeing to a community of unpaid carers. Carers Choir is delivered in partnership with Unpaid Carers Southampton.

Each rehearsal is followed by a relaxed, self-led social hour in the café, giving carers the chance to continue conversations, share stories, and build friendships over a drink in a supportive and friendly environment.
