Introducing ELEVATE ENSEMBLE, our free one-year part-time training programme designed to nurture and inspire young performers in and around Hampshire and support them to get into drama school and thrive in the theatre industry thereafter. Elevate is primarily aimed at 17-25 year olds from unrepresented backgrounds (Global Majority, Carer Leavers, Neurodiverse, socio-economic disadvantaged etc.). The programme lasts from November to April, and includes regular weekly sessions (Tuesday, 5-7pm), masterclasses with industry professionals, trips to drama schools, free dinners and headshots.
