Joining the Mayflower Access Scheme is quick and easy. Check eligibility guidance on the Access Card website, then follow these steps.
If you are already registered with our scheme, you do not need to take any action – we will contact you at the end of your current three year period.
Step 1 – Apply for a Mayflower Digital Access Pass or Access Card
A Mayflower Digital Access Pass is free, valid for three years, and can be used at Mayflower venues.
An Access Card is £15, valid for three years, and can be used at hundreds of venues across the UK in addition to Mayflower.

Step 2 – Connect your Mayflower Digital Access Pass or Access Card
Link your Mayflower Digital Access Pass or Access Card to your record, allowing you to claim your benefits right away. In this process, you can also nominate someone to book tickets for you – or tell us that you’re applying on behalf of someone you care for.

At assisted performances, small adjustments such as captioning, relaxed audience guidelines, or audio description may be available to support audience members with different access needs. These elements are thoughtfully integrated into the performance and won’t affect the overall experience of the show.
