We seat to best available, depending on how well the show is sold.

You are welcome to request seating zones and seats, but we cannot guarantee specific seats for you

We hold school bookings for 3 months. If the show is under 3 months away, a suitable hold time will be allocated. We will take school holidays into account as well.

We reserve the right to release an unpaid booking if the payment due date passes and we have made reasonable effort to receive payment. Payment dates will be specified on the original invoice.
