We’ve partnered with Secure My Booking to give you extra peace of mind when booking your tickets. This will apply to bookings made from 30 March 2026.
Plans can change. If something unexpected means you can’t attend your event, adding ticket protection allows you to apply for a refund of 100% of your ticket cost. Protect your tickets and be covered for accidents, illness, severe weather, public transport failures and more. See the full terms and conditions for the wide range of events covered.

If your tickets were purchased before 30 March 2026, your initial protection under Booking Protect remains the same. This applies to any tickets purchased before this date for all performances up to 3 July 2027. If you need to claim a refund under Booking Protect, please visit their website.
