Elevate Ensemble Performance

Elevate Ensemble is our free two-year training programme that aims to find, shape, inspire, champion and sustain the next generation of performers from underrepresented backgrounds.

This ground-breaking programme is a major pathway into drama schools and the theatre industry beyond, and specifically supports young people aged 16-25 who live in Southampton and the surrounding areas.

At the end of each year, Elevate Ensemble puts together a showcase for family, friends and industry insiders as a way of celebrating all they have learned and achieved in the preceding year, and to platform their extraordinary talents.
