Mayflower Junior Writers

Does your child like writing? Would they like to work with a professional writer?

Mayflower and ArtfulScribe are running a fun weekly creative writing group that will help develop skills, encouraging young writers to share work and receive feedback in a respectful way that empowers voices. They will meet new like-minded people and have lots of fun along the way.

Participants will explore creative writing through practical exercises and workshops on topics like characterisation, dialogue, setting and plot. This term the writers will work on our Play Creators project where they will write their very own plays to be performed by actors at a specially invited performance at the end of term.

All workshops are suitable for beginners and advanced writers.
