General queries

Mayflower Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. This date can be found on the Gift Voucher.
You will find this on the show page under ‘Running time’. Please note, sometimes we do not have this in advance.

Box Office queries
Tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis, unless the original booker purchased Booking Protect when purchasing the tickets, this covers the booking under certain circumstances.
An exchange can be made to another date of the same performance, if the show is with us for more than one day. To make an exchange, call our Ticketing team on 02380 711811. Please note that exchanges incur a £2.50 per ticket handling fee.
We also have our Mayflower Memberships which offer a no-quibble refund up to 7 days prior to the performance for as little as £35 per annum.
Tickets are sent by email within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please make sure your contact details are correct.
Please email comments@mayflower.org.uk and we can arrange for your tickets to be resent to you.
Only certain shows will allow under 2’s. If a show allows under 2’s tickets, please email comments@mayflower.org.uk and put team will add this onto your booking.
