Romeo & Juliet

Join King’s Academy of Performing Arts for a spectacular production of Romeo & Juliet, bringing Shakespeare’s famous story to life through acting, singing and dance.

Performed by over 200 dancers aged 18 months to adult, the production blends ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, street dance, acro and musical theatre to create a dynamic theatrical experience for all ages.

Set in a vibrant reimagining of Verona, the story unfolds through powerful choreography and storytelling, guided by two very different narrators: Shakespeare himself and a modern Gen Z voice who isn’t afraid to question how the story has always been told.

As the Montagues and Capulets clash and Romeo and Juliet meet, the drama builds toward the lovers’ tragic fate. Through movement and music, the story continues beyond that moment, imagining the two reunited in eternity.
