Our Box Office phone lines are open 10.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. On the day of a performance our lines will be open until curtain up on weekdays and Saturdays.

Our Box Office front counter in the foyer will only be open 1 hour before a performance.

Our Box Office is now located at MAST Mayflower Studios and will be open Tuesday – Saturday:

Tuesday - Friday: 10am-5.30pm (or curtain up if there is a performance)
Saturday: 12pm- 5.30pm (or curtain up if there is a performance)

Where there is a performance on a Sunday or Monday, the box office will open 60 minutes prior to curtain up.
